      If an error is determined to be the responsibility of Absolute Business Promotions, we will issue store credit for the affected item(s). Store credit may be used toward future purchases on our website.

      Refunds will not be issued. Site credit is the sole remedy for approved claims resulting from production errors or defects caused by our company.

      Custom Orders

      Variations in color, placement, sizing, and appearance may occur due to differences in screen displays, printing methods, and manufacturing processes. These minor variations are considered normal and are not grounds for returns, refunds, or site credit.
