      Order Issues & Defective Products

      We take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure every order is produced accurately. If you receive an item that contains a manufacturing defect or an error caused by our team, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

      To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

      • A description of the issue

      • Clear photos showing the defect or error

      Site Credit

      If an error is determined to be the responsibility of Absolute Business Promotions, we will issue store credit for the affected item(s). Store credit may be used toward future purchases on our website.

      Refunds will not be issued. Site credit is the sole remedy for approved claims resulting from production errors or defects caused by our company.

      Custom Orders

      Variations in color, placement, sizing, and appearance may occur due to differences in screen displays, printing methods, and manufacturing processes. These minor variations are considered normal and are not grounds for returns, refunds, or site credit.
